About The Role

As we continue to grow, we're lookingfor an HR Executive who is passionate about creating a smooth employee experience while helping us bringthe right talent into the organization.This role is a mix of HR operations (60%) and recruitment (40%), making it perfect for someone who enjoysboth working with people internally and building solid teams externally.You will play a key role in ensuring employees have a seamless journey—from the moment they join to theirgrowth within the company.

What You'll Be Working On

Employee Experience & HR Operations (60%)

You'll be the person who ensures our HR processes run smoothly and employees feel supported.
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires and ensure a outstanding first-day experience
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
Maintain and update employee data and HR records in internal systems
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Assist employees with HR-related queries and policies
Coordinate exit processes, documentation, and exit interviews





Talent Acquisition (40%)

You'll also help us grow by bringing the right people into the team.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and recruitment trackers
Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Someone who enjoys working with people and improving employee experience
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment

Nice to Have
MBA / PGDM in HR
Experience working with HRMS tools such as Zoho People or similar platforms
