Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Ensure timely counseling of prospective students and parents.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance through reports and KPIs.
Train, mentor, and coach admission counselors on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Handle escalated admission queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
Coordinate with marketing, academics, finance, and operations for a seamless admission process.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity.
Prepare admission reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
