Key Responsibilities
Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines, including temperature-sensitive drugs.
Ensure availability of stock and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Provide medication-related information and counseling to patients and caregivers.
Maintain accurate records of drug inventory, billing, and controlled substances.




Adhere to regulatory requirements and hospital policies for pharmacy operations.
Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure secure and effective medication use.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely removal of expired or damaged stock.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
3–4 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosages, and interactions.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations efficiently.
