· Review customer inquiries, specifications, and tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and proposals including scope of work, pricing, and delivery schedules.

· Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and procurement teams to gather necessary data for proposal preparation.

· Ensure all proposals are compliant with customer requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

· Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and compliance statements as required.

· Support sales team during technical discussions, clarifications, and negotiations with customers.

· Identify risks, assumptions,



and exclusions in proposals and communicate them effectively.

· Maintain updated knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends to provide competitive offers.

· Track submitted proposals, follow up with customers, and provide feedback to management on success rates.

· Continuously work on improving cost estimation and proposal templates for efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
