Senior IT Executive (5–10 years)

Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate

Key responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and email systems.
Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, and server infrastructure.
Configure and support FortiGate firewalls, networking devices, Aruba Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
Monitor IT infrastructure, backups, disaster recovery (DR), NAS/SAN, and system security.
Provide desktop and laptop support, software installation, and technical troubleshooting.
Manage antivirus, Microsoft updates, IT inventory, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Prepare IT infrastructure reports and maintain SOP documentation.
Support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Google Meet).

Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate
MCSE or equivalent IT certification preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
