Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
Lead and achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to drive business growth.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen the distributor network while ensuring consistent market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Develop business across retail, institutions, corporate accounts, and up-to-date trade.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration across all assigned markets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities, monitor competition, and gather market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance, collections, stock availability, and ensure timely reporting.




Collaborate with the management team to execute sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling or managerial role.
Experience in the Beverage (BVG) industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in distributor appointment, channel development, and territory management.
Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective market strategies.
Target-oriented with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
