Experience:- Minimum 6 years of experience in microfinanace
Experience in leadership positions within microfinance institutions or NBFC proven track record of effectively managing teams and achieving organizational goals.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to the microfinance sector- NBFC is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices governing NBFC MFIs.
The ability to provide strategic direction and lead the organization through periods of growth and change is crucial for the role.
Robust decision-making skills and the ability to navigate complex business environments are essential.




Effective communication skills are necessary for articulating the organization's vision, building consensus among stakeholders, and representing the institution externally.
Extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in microfinance or related areas, in lending, risk management, operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
