Restaurant Waiter – Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns professionally.
Set up and explicit tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Follow hotel service standards, safety regulations, and grooming policies.





Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
