Clariti helps brands grow on India's largest online marketplaces. We manage advertising for 100+ brands across platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart and AJIO; combining advertising expertise, data, and technology built in-house to deliver measurable business growth.

We are an early-stage, high-growth startup, and we are looking for Advertising Account Managers who are eager to learn, take ownership, and want to grow quickly with us.

Key Responsibilities
Manage advertising campaigns across Myntra, Flipkart and AJIO.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and product portfolios.
Analyze data to improve sales, ROAS, and advertising efficiency.
Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
Work closely with senior account managers and clients to execute growth strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Contribute to improving processes and identifying automation prospects.

Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in marketplace advertising or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads, or AJIO Ads
Agency experience managing multiple brands is preferred.




Strong analytical skills with good Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a quick-paced environment.
