Job Summary
Synechron is seeking experienced VisionPlus Testers with robust CMS module expertise to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage testing activities across VisionPlus-based applications, with a focus on CMS, API validation, and test automation. This role supports banking/card-processing settings and aims to ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant solutions through thorough testing, collaboration with stakeholders, and contribution to continuous improvement.

Software Requirements

Required Skills (Essential)
4+ years of hands-on VisionPlus experience, with a strong focus on the CMS module
Hands-on testing of VisionPlus modules (CMS, FAS, LMS, TRAMS, ITS)
API testing experience using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar
Test automation experience with Selenium, UFT, or equivalent frameworks
Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
Proficiency with SQL and data validation practices
Experience using defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalents)




Ability to design, execute, and maintain end-to-end test cases and scripts
Experience participating in requirement analysis, test planning, and test execution

Preferred Skills
Banking/financial services domain experience
Familiarity with Agile testing practices
Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Java, Python, Shell)

Overall Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing activities for VisionPlus applications with emphasis on CMS and related modules
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks
Execute functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing; validate pre- and post-deployment readiness
Perform API testing and validation of integrations between VisionPlus and external systems
Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for t
