Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
Develop concept designs, layout plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, regulations, and company standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Review contractor drawings and material specifications.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and design optimization.
Maintain project documentation and design records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or architectural consultancy.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
Valuable understanding of construction methodologies and building codes.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
