• MBA in Human Resources, Graduate in Science(Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidate communication.

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment trackers.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.

• Coordinate internship programs, and apprenticeship initiatives.

HR Generalist

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

• Support probation confirmation, performance appraisal, and employee development initiatives.





• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

• Plan and coordinate skills development programs and team building activities.

• Proficient is handling HRMS software, MS Office

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.

• Support HR audits and statutory compliance activities.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.

• Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement documentation, and exit interviews.

• Work closely with payroll, administration, and business leaders to ensure smooth HR operations.
