Job Title: Branch Manager – Direct Channel (Life Insurance)
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch sales and achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Acquire current customers through the Direct Channel.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of experience in the Life Insurance Direct Channel.
1–2 years of team handling experience.
Solid knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
Key:
Only Direct Channel experience will be considered.
Candidates with only Banca or Agency Channel experience are not eligible.
Candidates currently working with Policybazaar or HDFC Life are not eligible.
