• Develop and drive the organization's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, revenue growth, and long-term brand vision.
• Lead brand positioning and build a solid, differentiated market presence across all business segments and geographies.
• Formulate and oversee integrated ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, and Experiential Marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns for current and existing products.
• Partner closely with the Sales leadership team to develop demand-generation initiatives, improve lead conversion, and accelerate market penetration.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies through data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Spearhead digital transformation by strengthening digital marketing, performance marketing
