Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruitment Executive

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Office Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad

Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to help scale our Manufacturing recruitment division. You’ll collaborate closely with clients in these sectors to source top-tier talent and build robust pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment.

Develop targeted sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, passive outreach, networking).

Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients.

Work with hiring managers to understand roles, requirements, and company culture.

Drive recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, etc.

Lead candidate database and relationship management efforts.

Participate in business development and client relationship activities.

Required Experience

1–3 years in full‑cycle recruitment.

Proven track record in hiring across domain.





Solid sourcing skills (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networking).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.

Data‑driven mindset comfortable tracking and reporting hiring KPIs.

Comfortable working a 6‑day week with flexibility.
