What You'll Own
Source and shortlist creators for brand campaigns
Run outreach and follow up until confirmed
Brief creators, review drafts, chase deliverables
Write scripts, captions, and posting notes
Research brands and support BD pitches
Maintain campaign trackers and compile performance data
What You Bring
Fresher or recent graduate - any stream
Active Instagram user who follows brands and trends
Available full-time, in-office, Mon–Fri for 3 months
Based in Guwahati or willing to relocate
Solid attention to detail and ability to work without hand-holding
Compensation
₹6,000/month fixed + ₹4,000/month performance bonus
