Position: Magazine Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Magazine Designer to create visually appealing and engaging magazine layouts for print and digital publications. The ideal candidate has a solid eye for typography, color, composition, and branding, with the ability to transform editorial content into attractive, reader-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop layouts for magazines, newsletters, brochures, and other editorial publications.
Create visually compelling covers, feature pages, infographics, and advertisements.
Collaborate with editors, writers, photographers, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with editorial and brand guidelines.
Select and edit images, graphics, and illustrations to enhance content presentation.
Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity throughout each publication.
Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital versions for online publishing.
Review proofs, make revisions,



and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Stay updated with current design trends and publishing best practices.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Robust understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in magazine, editorial, or publication design (experience requirements may vary based on the role).
A portfolio showcasing editorial or publication design work is required.
