Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, engineering organization, AI initiatives, and digital transformation. The CTO will define the company's technology roadmap, build high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership
Define and execute the company's technology vision and long-term roadmap.
Align technology initiatives with business goals and product strategy.
Drive innovation through emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing.

Engineering Management
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
Oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of all technology platforms.

Product & Platform Development




Lead development of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
Design scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.

AI & Data Strategy
Drive adoption of AI across customer experience, operations, and business intelligence.
Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.
Build analytics capabilities to support growth and operational excellence.

Security & Compliance
Establish cybersecurity policies and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security regulations.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Innovation & Digital Transformation
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption.
Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
Work closely with founders to prioritize technology investments.
Represent technology strategy to investors, partners, and stakeholders when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
