Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Political Science lessons for senior secondary classes (Grades 11‑12) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Implement cutting-edge pedagogical techniques, including project‑based learning, debates, simulations, and digital resources to foster critical thinking.
Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary themes (e.g., History, Economics, Civics) and promote a holistic learning experience.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports using the school’s management system.
Participate actively in faculty meetings, career development workshops, and school events such as cultural festivals and sports days.
Mentor students for extracurricular activities related to political science, including Model United Nations, debate clubs, and community service projects.
