Identify opportunities for MFS/RSS account growth and upselling, working collaboratively

with clients to introduce current products or services that align with their business

objectives.
Generate and qualify sales leads through market mapping, OEM engagement, and

distributor networks.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

OEM & Key Account Management
Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and major industrial customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
Ensure long-term customer retention and account growth.

Technical Sales Support
Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable sealing

solutions.
Coordinate with Application engineering and product teams for:
Product selection,
Custom seal design,




Application validation
Failure analysis
Present technical product capabilities and advantages to customers.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify emerging opportunities in new sectors and geographic regions.
Analyze customer requirements, pricing trends, and competitor product offerings.

Recent Product Development Support
Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs for product improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with R&D; and manufacturing teams on new product introductions.
Support product testing and validation programs with customers.

Customer Service & Problem Resolution
Address customer concerns relating to:
Product performance
Delivery issues
Work with quality and application engineering teams for corrective actions.

Reporting & Performance Management
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data.
