You will play a pivotal part in enhancing supplier performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to a dedicated team of supplier development engineers and professionals. Key Responsibilities + Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements + Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance their performance + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and reduce costs + Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and open communication + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Operations,
