Job Description: A Construction and Infrastructure Site Supervisor directs daily on-site operations. - Resource & Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory of construction supplies. Arrange material orders (e.g., steel, cement) and manage equipment maintenance. [1, 2, 3]
- Team Leadership: Supervise construction crews and subcontractors. Evaluate performance, maintain attendance records,

Role Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 2–5 years of hands-on experience on construction sites.
