Key Responsibilities
Blood Draws: Performing venipunctures, fingersticks, or heelsticks to collect blood samples.
Sample Management: Properly labeling, tracking, and preparing blood for laboratory analysis.
Patient Care: Explaining procedures and helping ease anxiety for patients who are uncomfortable with needles.
Safety & Sanitation: Sanitizing equipment and maintaining a clean work setting to prevent infection
