We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement projects, help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources, collect and manage project team, manage budget and allocate project resources
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Create comprehensive project plans and project timeline, track deliverables and support and direct team
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Monitor and report on project progress and lead quality assurance
Lead process of issue identification and resolution
Develop spreadsheets,



diagrams and process maps to present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess result of project
Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Foster partnership with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
Proven working experience in project management
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Excellent client-facing and written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred
3+ years’ experience in project management
Critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Contract negotiation
Conflict resolution experience
Open to travel frequently for business
