Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, temperature controllers, dryers, loaders, and material handling systems.
Diagnose PLC, HMI, sensors, servo drives, and control system issues.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Execute machine installation, commissioning, and relocation activities.
Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.




Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Monitor machine performance and analyze recurring failures using root cause analysis.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major repairs and technical support.
Support mold changeovers and machine setup when required.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of critical process equipment.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
