We are seeking an experienced EdTech Exam Counselor to engage with prospective students, provide career guidance, conduct virtual counseling sessions, and drive enrollments. The role requires solid sales skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students from initial contact to the qualified stage over phone calls.
Conduct virtual presentations of our products/services.
Counsel prospects and convert them into successful enrollments.
Generate revenue by achieving sales targets.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Effectively use and maintain the CRM system.
Handle headset-based calling with clearly defined KPIs and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and counselling skills
Edtech sales experience is a must.
Sales-oriented mindset with solid persuasion abilities.
