We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This chance is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters to identify, engage, and hire top technology talent while gaining hands-on experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Learn about various IT technologies and technical roles to effectively support hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
0–6 months of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition (internship experience is also considered).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Positive organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn technical recruitment and IT industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or sourcing techniques.
