Responsibilities
Attend incoming patient calls professionally.
Respond to patient queries clearly and politely.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and call details.
Coordinate with the front office team for appointment scheduling.
Ensure a positive patient experience during every interaction.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
