Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Child Care Institution (CCI).

Ensure compliance with the Department of Children Welfare and Special Services, the Child Welfare Committee, and the District Child Protection Unit guidelines.

Coordinate child care, education, health, and rehabilitation programmes.

Supervise staff and maintain records and documentation.

Liaise with government departments, donors, volunteers, and CSR partners.

Plan, implement, and monitor NGO projects.

Prepare reports, proposals, and project budgets.

Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children.

Qualification:

MSW (Master of Social Work) preferred.

Experience in NGO/CCI management is desirable.

Solid leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
