HR Officer – Hospital Industry
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, nursing, and non-clinical positions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, and personnel records.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Assist in payroll inputs, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and HR procedures.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee databases.
Support training, appraisal, and retention initiatives.

Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PGDM HR or related qualification
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of HR experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred)
Skills: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Communication, MS Office
Location: Hospital / Healthcare Facility
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
