Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B vehicle sales for our Mahindra dealership in Worli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating corporate leads, developing relationships with businesses and fleet customers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate and fleet customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field visits.
Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations for corporate customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Represent the dealership at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills
Experience in fleet or institutional vehicle sales.
Solid network of corporate clients in Mumbai.
