Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Learn the features, perks, and specifications of various jewellery products (gold, diamond, platinum, silver, etc.).
Maintain proper display of jewellery products in showcases to ensure an appealing presentation.
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.




Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Follow billing and payment procedures as per company policy.

Qualifications & Skills:
12th standard and above (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
Fluency in regional language (Tamil; proficiency in English & Malayalam is an added advantage.
Good communication skill.

Gross Salary: 20000 to 30000 based on experience

Age Limit - Between 22 to 35 years only

Work Location - Coimbatore
