T-Hub is looking for a driven and execution-focused qualified to manage accelerator and innovation programs with corporates, startups, and global ecosystem partners.

The role involves end-to-end program execution, stakeholder management, startup engagement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in a rapid-paced innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of corporate and international accelerator programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
Act as the primary SPOC for corporates, startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
Drive startup onboarding, engagement, mentor coordination, and progress tracking.
Maintain program documentation, reports, trackers, dashboards, and client updates.
Collaborate across internal teams (partnerships, marketing, ops, legal, finance) and manage execution escalations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in program management, corporate innovation, accelerators/incubators, consulting, or startup ecosystem roles.




Solid stakeholder management, communication, and execution capabilities.
Experience working with startups, corporates, or innovation programs is preferred.

PMP/Agile certifications preferred
