Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in EdTech sales, team management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Drive student admissions through lead generation and conversion.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
Build robust relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Eligibility
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in EdTech sales (team handling experience preferred).
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a proven sales record.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
