Senior Associate will handle quality check process from all HRO process perspective across all entities of India.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing an on-going process to maintain quality data and defining quality audit processes.
Identifying and leveraging prospects to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.
Working closely with internal business units to resolve any quality issues.
Recommending modifications and changes, if any, to the process.
Willingness to acquire knowledge on current technologies to solve quality problems.
Able to work independently, self-directed and solutions-oriented.
Sound organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
