Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Studio Artist to create, adapt, and prepare packaging artwork and other print collateral for production. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate execution of designs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver print-ready files while adhering to technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Adapt existing packaging designs across various SKUs, sizes, formats, and markets.

Create and update artwork for labels, cartons, pouches, sleeves, and other print materials.

Prepare production-ready files ensuring correct dimensions, bleeds, color profiles, and dielines.

Execute artwork revisions based on client, regulatory, and brand requirements.

Ensure compliance with print specifications and packaging standards.

Collaborate with designers, account managers, printers, and production teams to resolve artwork issues.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy in text, imagery, colors, and layout.

Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Maintain organized file structures and version control.





Support prepress and print production processes to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in packaging adaptation, artwork production, or prepress.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Solid understanding of print production processes, color management (CMYK, Pantone), bleed, trapping, and dielines.

Experience working with FMCG, retail packaging, or print collateral is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Knowledge of PDF workflows and prepress requirements is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience with packaging artwork management systems.

Familiarity with variable data and multilingual packaging adaptations.

Exposure to flexographic, offset, and digital printing processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
