Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of CRM applications.
Validate business processes and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce CRM.
Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Execute manual test cases and document test results.
Perform API testing using Postman and SOAP UI to validate CRM integrations.
Test CRM integrations with banking systems, third-party applications, and middleware.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.




Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.
Ensure CRM applications meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
