Experience: 3–4 Years Preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and support the execution of STP/ETP/UV/RO projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between teams, timely execution, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the complete project lifecycle for STP/ETP/UV/RO systems
Prepare project layouts, equipment layouts, and basic technical documentation
Liaise with internal departments such as Projects, Purchase, Stores, and Accounts for smooth project execution
Supervise and monitor site work as per project timelines and schedules




Ensure timely processing and follow-up of client and vendor payments
Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and user manuals for completed projects
Raise and track vendor service tickets for equipment issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records

Key Skills Required:
Robust coordination and communication skills
Basic technical understanding of water/wastewater treatment systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation
Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹10,911.27 - ₹35,000.00 per month
