Job Summary:

The F&B; Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. The role focuses on operational efficiency, guest experience, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of restaurant and bar
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all F&B; areas
Train and guide service staff to maintain service quality
Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events
Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions of food and beverages
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations
Maintain records of sales, expenses, and daily reports
Support in achieving revenue targets and cost control measures

Qualifications & Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
4–8 years of experience in F&B; operations (hotel/restaurant preferred)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
