Job Summary

We are seeking a PLM Support Engineer to provide L2-level application support for ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE platforms within a managed services setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 application support including Incident, Service Request and Problem Management.

Manage user provisioning, onboarding, permissions and security compliance.

Coordinate with L1 service desk.

Deliver incident reports and SLA tracking. Maintain knowledge base and support quarterly KM reporting.

Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Skill Requirements

ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE support experience, PLM data model understanding, ITIL processes, user access management.

Exposure to Control-M, automation tools, multi-PLM environments, Amazon Connect.

Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
