We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Bidder (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects through freelancing platforms.
Prepare customized proposals and cover letters based on client requirements.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand project needs.
Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and solution planning.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
Solid proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
