We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our primary section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners, creating a positive classroom setting, and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. The candidate should be passionate about working with children and capable of delivering engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Teach and manage students in the primary section as per the school curriculum.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom workplace.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials.
Develop students' foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain academic records.
Encourage student participation in classroom activities and co-curricular programs.
Maintain classroom discipline through positive and age-appropriate practices.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and training programs.
Support the overall growth and well-being of students.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT,



or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
1–4 years of experience as a Mother Teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Good classroom management and organizational skills.
