Key Responsibilities
Execute all day-to-day accounts payable operational and within define SLA’s including but not limited to
Invoice Processing – invoice booking after validation, refunds to customers and debit note
Vendor Master – supplier creation, updates to supplier details, and supplier deactivation
Payments – Payment’s tracking, duplicate payment audits, and handling return payments
Very Robust knowledge in dealing with TDS regulations and its monthly payments and filing of quarterly TDS Returns, Advance Tax Workings, Preparation of Schedules for Tax Audit, its finalization etc. Having exposure on GST including its filing on timely basis, Filing of FLA Returns etc.
Resolve vendor inquiries (i.e. payment status, remittance advice, etc.) and internal issues (i.e. system difficulties, processing errors, etc.) in a timely and professional and end-to-end manner.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fund Accounting, & Business Users)
Independently manage and participate in weekly stakeholder & update on open items, payment status and maintain compliance with internal controls,



audit requirements.
Provide support and analysis to other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by department
Manager
Ensure business process/policy documentation is maintained regularly.
Experience in core General Ledger Accounts Payable and Tax Function.

Qualification

Education:
Bachelor /Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)

Key Skills & Competency
5+years Accounts Payable experience
Preferred someone who has worked as invoice processor in AP.
Experience using SAP or any other ERP.
Proficient in Co-pilot, Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
Manufacturing Industry experience, preferably from Pharma or medical device
Detailed oriented with the drive to be both accurate, productive, and organized
Resourceful and a strong problem solver capable of working autonomously
Ability to thrive in quick-paced environments and have a balance of analytical, technical and communication skills (written and verbal)
