Minimum 15 years of experience in site execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
Robust knowledge of quality control and quality assurance practices for commercial interior fit-out works.
Thorough understanding of materials, and finishing standards.
Sound knowledge of procurement rates and commercial aspects of interior fit-out materials.
Ability to inspect and monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
Experience in coordinating with project teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Positive analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
