Job Title: Sales Executive (Edible Oil Division)

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 Years (Edible Oil / FMCG Industry Preferred)
Salary: (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily with VP Dealers, distributors, and channel partners for order booking and sales planning.
Receive and process dealer purchase orders accurately.
Follow up with dealers regarding order confirmation, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
Coordinate with the dispatch, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Track pending orders and ensure on-time execution.
Follow up with dealers for outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment reconciliation.
Maintain robust relationships with dealers and promptly resolve their queries.
Update customer information, orders, dispatch details, and payment status in the ERP/office system.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.




Coordinate with the Regional Sales Managers and Sales Team regarding dealer requirements and stock availability.
Maintain proper documentation related to sales orders, invoices, dispatch records, and payment follow-ups.
Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with the production team to avoid stock shortages.

Responsibilites :
3–5 years of experience in Edible Oil, FMCG, Food Processing, or Consumer Goods Industry.
Experience in dealer handling, order booking, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.
Valuable knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple dealer accounts simultaneously.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
