The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts solutions to align with evolving project needs, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their skilled growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
Robust knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Experience in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within the Pega environment.
Valuable communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
