Student Guidance:They may act as academic advisors, offering guidance on academic progress, career choices, and personal development.
Extracurricular Activities:PGTs may also participate in and organize extracurricular activities to foster holistic development.
Career development:Staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject advancements is essential.
Collaboration:Working with other teachers, parents, and school staff to support student well-being and academic success.
Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
A post-graduate degree in the relevant subject area is typically required.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is often a necessary qualification.
