Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert walk-in inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist showroom visitors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, materials, finishes, and pricing.
Follow up with leads and potential customers.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team when required.
Maintain strong customer relationships before and after sales.
Keep the showroom organized and presentable.
Requirements
Previous experience in furniture, interior, home décor, or retail sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
