We are looking for an energetic Telecaller who can generate qualified B2B sales leads by calling manufacturing companies, consultants, contractors, architects, builders, and industrial clients.

The role is focused on fixing appointments for the sales team and generating genuine business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily.
Contact factories, industrial units, consultants, builders, HVAC contractors, and project companies.
Introduce products and Identify purchaser requirements.
Follow up on quotations and previous enquiries.
Maintain CRM with accurate call notes.
Build a database of new prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.

Required Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
Gujarati communication is an added advantage.
Positive telephone etiquette.
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Robust follow-up skills.
Ability to handle objections professionally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
