About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Settlement Executive to join our finance-based organization in Vellore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in brokerage operations, clearing and settlement activities, and must possess robust knowledge of NSDL and CDSL (DP) operations along with capital market settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily trade settlements for equity and other market segments.
Manage clearing and settlement activities with accuracy and within defined timelines.
Perform client fund and securities reconciliation.
Coordinate pay-in and pay-out processes.
Handle depository operations related to NSDL and CDSL accounts.
Ensure smooth processing of client transactions and settlements.
Monitor brokerage operations and resolve settlement discrepancies.
Liaise with exchanges, clearing corporations, and depositories for operational activities.
Maintain records and reports related to settlements and transactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in Settlement Operations or Brokerage Operations.
Mandatory experience in NSDL and CDSL (DP) Operations.
Robust knowledge of Clearing and Settlement processes.
Prior experience in the Stock Broking / Financial Services / Capital Market industry is mandatory.
Good understanding of securities settlements and reconciliation processes.
Ability to work independently and manage operational deadlines efficiently.
Mandatory Requirements
Brokerage industry experience is a must.
Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.
Candidates should be currently residing in Vellore or willing to relocate to Vellore immediately.
